The staff at Burkburnett Clarke Eyecare Center are very professional and have your best health in mind. You just feel 'at home' when you visit for your eyecare.

I definitely recommend this place to anybody. It is the best place in town to visit with an eye Doctor.They have the best technology devices to diagnose and treat patients. Also, they have the best patient care and costumer service.

Had to take my 2 year old with me and they were phenomenal with her and incredibly patient. The amount of technology used was great and made it go by much quicker with less guess work. I love that they include a trial in the contact fitting fee, I could go through 5 pairs of different contacts if I need too and not have the price change. I thought they were incredibly reasonably priced and offer a military discount.

My appointment with Dr. Daniel Clarke and Clarke Eyecare Center was truly one of the more exceptional healthcare experiences I have ever had. I was only visiting Wichita Falls when I noticed my vision substantially impaired. I called Clarke Eyecare and was able to get an appointment within just a few hours. I explained to the front desk that I couldn't see and they were very accommodating in helping me with the new patient paperwork. The technology used for the pre-appointment screenings/tests was convenient and comfortable, the assistant who walked me through the process was kind. The staff kept me moving along through the process and I wasn't left waiting if I would ever be seen. Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Clarke who was just an absolute rockstar of a doctor and made me feel heard and not terrified of my vision change and was supportive of whatever needed to be done to ensure I would walk out being able to see. I cannot thank the staff here enough. They were all wonderful.

Great eye care center and exceptional customer service! You won't get this type of service anywhere in town. I had a problem with my insurance and they helped me fix it despite the fact that it was my fault. Highly recommended!

This was me and my wife's first eye appointment here in Wichita Falls and though the customer service was good. I felt a disservice was done. After being told that we were covered through our insurance it turns out that they didn't bother to check out if we really did. So instead of only having to pay 200 for the deductible we ended up paying 483 plus 170,for the amount they are demanding that the insurance won't cover. So my advice is to find out if this place actually is covered by your provider because I feel they are quick to take your money and say sorry you never had coverage in the first place so pay me now. Very disappointed in the integrity of this company. Myself and few others are changing eye company due to this result.
