I asked for local recommendations on Facebook for pest control for what Texans call water bugs which have been bad at our house this year due to the weather. I called and explained the issue I was having and Jon offered various options and services they have. I felt their prices were reasonable and he was very upfront and honest with his recommendations. It’s a local business and he was very knowledgeable and explained to me how the products work. I like that his products are safe for pets as well.

Most people are so inundated with work or life that they forget just how important it is sometimes when a customer is having a really hard time and really needs a little extra attention and understanding. Called Big Jon’s Pest Control and they really took care of me. Price was good and they’re fast to come out. Really appreciate Adam he was nice and respectful. Adam sprayed my house quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Big Jon’s Pest Control.
