“The owner is never there and when she is she always seems to be doing nothing. She brings her grandchildren and doesn’t watch them and lets them run around the shop disturbing the employees trying to do their jobs. The ladies I have trusted with grooming my 2 dogs have always been nice and do an amazing job. Owner doesn’t get back to sent voicemails nor other messages for days or longer. I live out of town but drive to the shop because of the excellent service from the other employees. If they left I would go to wherever they were grooming at.”
