The Poochie Palace offers great and caring work on animals. They provide services such as trimming, bathing, and nail trimming. The groomer is fantastic and patient, gentle with dogs of all sizes. They are good with fussy dogs and able to handle a wide range of temperaments. The team is wonderful, making it a great choice for pet owners who drive from far to take their pets there, including the reviewer who drives 80 miles from North Fort Worth.
The owner is never there and when she is she always seems to be doing nothing. She brings her grandchildren and doesn’t watch them and lets them run around the shop disturbing the employees trying to do their jobs. The ladies I have trusted with grooming my 2 dogs have always been nice and do an amazing job. Owner doesn’t get back to sent voicemails nor other messages for days or longer. I live out of town but drive to the shop because of the excellent service from the other employees. If they left I would go to wherever they were grooming at.
Boarded Houdini for 3 nights he also got bathed staff did a great job taking care of him.
They were nice and patient with my Tanner.
My Tanner recently died. My heart is broken.
