“I'm in my late seventies and before last year, I had never considered going to a massage therapist due to my rural Texas upbringing and the stigma that seemed to cloud the true value of massage therapy. However, since Makayla's studio is located in the same building as the chiropractor I had been seeing I made a 30 minute appointment for a neck & shoulder massage out of curiosity and suggestion by my Chiropractor. Many sessions later I have discovered that the 90 minute full body massages have had amazingly good results with my age related lack of flexibility, and neuropathic issues with my arms, legs and feet. Makayla is one of the most sincere, attentive care givers I have had the privilege of being a recipient of her services. As I mentioned earlier, I do not have a lot of comparative experience with other caregivers in her field, but I certainly believe that this is someone I consider to be a gift to the profession. Jessica is very personable, friendly, and best of all gave me SUCH a good haircut. I was 2 weeks postpartum and I needed a really good trim and shaping! She has been a saving grace for me with postpartum hair loss. I trust her advice and would recommend her to anyone! The salon itself is really cute too, very stylish and clean. They usually offer you something to drink while you’re there too. Always friendly! I won’t go anywhere else!!“

“If you are going to get your hair cut or styled, PLEASE consider coming here. Claudia is a talented hair dresser who is honest and not just trying to make a quick buck. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist asked me if I would like a fresh brewed cup of tea and of course I said yes, and their mint tea was amazing! (They also offer their loose leaf tea for sale) After that, I was able to use the salt room for free included with my haircut. Very unique and relaxing experience. Then because it was raining, the receptionist walked me to my car with an umbrella so as to not ruin my hair. AMAZING service and you bet your bottom dollar I'll be back. :)“

“Rowena does a great job! I am no stranger to getting massages, but this was my first experience at Pure Relaxation. I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail requesting an appointment for later that week. To my surprise she answered my call and booked me for the very next day. She even stayed after her normal closing time to accommodate my schedule! I have a pinched nerve in my right shoulder blade area and she was very attentive to that as well as my other areas of pain and tension. She even used a warming neck pillow and did a little hot stone work at no extra charge. I'm not sure if that is just part of her Swedish package, but it was a great add on! I could tell the massage oil was a good quality as well because it did not irritate my skin, which almost always happens to me with body oils. Great therapist, price, and facility. Will definitely return!“
