This is THE BEST boot place I've ever gone to. I've had boots and heels redone before. It took forever and cost a lot. Randy is a craftsman at what he does. He has resoled and heeled a pair of my son's boots. Excellent. He has stretched a pair of my Freebirds booties. Excellent. He cut down 3 pair of my Freebirds booties that were a half inch too high. Excellent. This is a place to use!!!!

I was pleased the estimated charge quoted was very reasonable and exactly the same the cost when I picked up my shoes. It seems to be an owner run business with only one person working, but don't quote me on that. He is very friendly and he is good at what he does. The shop is closed Mondays. The only complaint I have is the overwhelming lingering cigarette smoke that has probably plagued the place for many years. If you can overlook that, you will appreciate this shop.

I had a pair of high heels that needed to be shortened They did a great job . You cannot tell any work was done on my shoes. They look factory new. They were very pleasant to work with and did the work in a very timely fashion and for a reasonable price. They have my recommendation
