I've been bringing my shoes here since 2015ish, even though I live 40min away, because my shoes always look brand new when I pick them up. From cheap Payless shoe that are so comfortable to expensive heels, I never have to worry whether or not the work is done right. Highly recommend.

Job well done they are expensive and some things that you may feel like should not be as much or way more than I imagined including trying to get a latch put back on a a handbag over $1,000 They wanted almost $150 to put on a metal clasp to so that I could lock my purse again I didn't let that happen but they have fixed shoes they have repaired boots and it's a nice clean place customer service is normally friendly

Took my brothers old boots there for repair. My brother had actually thrown them out. My mom thought they just needed a good boot polish. They replaced the heel caps and gave them a good boot shine. They did a fantastic job they look like a new pair of boots. I highly recommend this shop. Will definitely be back.
