“Eli was wonderful in literally every way. As soon as we met, she made me so comfortable and we chatted the whole time. She works so rhythmically, that you know you’re in good hands. The appointment took a total of 40-45 minutes for a tint and shape. At the end of my session, I wasn’t totally satisfied with the final look, but I wasn’t exactly sure what it was. Eli, without hesitation, took me right back and worked on my eyebrows and every strand of hair until it was exactly what I wanted. Which took an additional 30 minutes. “Just had my second facial at Shelly's (first in the new location) with Kyra. It was simply fantastic. Kyra has a very delicate touch and I was so relaxed that I dozed off a couple of times. Everything from the room, the heated table with cozy lines, the relaxing music and the wonderfully scented products were top notch. Kyra and I discussed my skin concerns and she had some suggestions but did not present a "hard sell" for products - this is always such a turn off to me. I had a 90 minute treatment which included an add on of an extended massage and a glycolic peel. The experience was truly wonderful and I'm so glad I treated myself. I will certainly be back!“

Sadie listened to me and made me feel relaxed throughout the process.Days later a woman stopped me to tell me she could tell the person who did my peel was good due to the lines on my face and asked where I went and who I used! My results were spectacular and my skin feels more supple and I’ve noticed some fine lines are diminished. The healing took a little longer than the weekend but we all heal at different speeds.
