SO GLAD I did.Gigi is an absolute sweetheart. I was skeptical about why her appointments are as long as they are (I’m used to no more than an hour) and quickly realized she really takes her time to clean your lashes before filling and makes sure they look amazing.Her space is so relaxing the table you lay on is extremely comfortable. I passed out my last appointment and slept through it. I probably started snoring on her honestly. Besides the actual procedure her technique is unparalleled. She listens to what you want, evaluates what you need and customizes her approach based off that. The whole experience is calming and therapeutic. Hands down one of the best facials I have ever received. Once she was done, I felt relaxed and cleansed. I am a couple days out and the results have been amazing. My skin is sensitive but I had no negative reaction. I cannot recommend her enough!“

“Just had my second facial at Shelly's (first in the new location) with Kyra. It was simply fantastic. Kyra has a very delicate touch and I was so relaxed that I dozed off a couple of times. Everything from the room, the heated table with cozy lines, the relaxing music and the wonderfully scented products were top notch. Kyra and I discussed my skin concerns and she had some suggestions but did not present a "hard sell" for products - this is always such a turn off to me. I had a 90 minute treatment which included an add on of an extended massage and a glycolic peel. The experience was truly wonderful and I'm so glad I treated myself. I will certainly be back!“
