“I was treated as a patient and address by last name. All staff members involved in my care were very perfessional. They would address the reason they went inside whether for vitals, blood withdrawn, housekeeping and even delivering the tray of food.“

“Mr. Lopez is the best! He is always so warm and welcoming with my boys, and never makes me feel rushed when I ask him a million questions. His bedside manners and knowledge are excellent! We are very thankful that he is back at the clinic. ?“

“Been a patient for a few months, Doctor, NP's & Nurse Staff are Great. Doctor came out & spoke with pts about a survey & asked about suggestions for improvement. While there & a full lobby of pts it was hard to here when staff would call a pt. Maybe look into a PA system so pts can hear their name called or staff actually come out into the lobby calling the pt, majority are elderly & can't hear well.... calling pts from behind the desk simply won't due especially for the hard of hearing/elderly.....“

“Amy was by far the nicest woman ever! She allowed me to transfer at her location on such short notice. Very professional & very respectful. She even helped opened the door for me as I was leaving because I was pushing my 3 month baby in a stroller and it was a bit hard to open the door and push at the same time. Along with the other staff that was there. They were all very welcoming. Definitely recommend this location.“

“The last time I went to Nuestra clinica Del Valle in San Carlos I received such a nice welcome from the staff that I decided to let the world new what they’re missing for not going to the San Corlos clinic when they are sick. Ms. Alma Rodriquez was very understanding of my pain. When it was time to see Dr. McNeely, well you can not ask for anyone better than him to listen, pay attention to every detail of your well being. The best part about Dr. McNeely he speaks and write 3 languages, English, Spanish and French. When he was done with the consultation , he sent me to the dietitian on-site to make sure that I eat the right foods .I’m looking forward for my next visit with him.“

“My husband and I were assigned a PCP C. Carr. We’ve been a patient for about 3 years. We have always be treated with respect and kindness with ALL the staff. Dr Carr listens to us and then explains details. All we’ve had to do is ask and she seems to be very knowledgeable. Sometimes we might have to wait 15 minutes but it’s usually less! I am very satisfied with doctor Carr“
