“Been a patient for a few months, Doctor, NP's & Nurse Staff are Great. Doctor came out & spoke with pts about a survey & asked about suggestions for improvement. While there & a full lobby of pts it was hard to here when staff would call a pt. Maybe look into a PA system so pts can hear their name called or staff actually come out into the lobby calling the pt, majority are elderly & can't hear well.... calling pts from behind the desk simply won't due especially for the hard of hearing/elderly.....”
