Been a patient for a few months, Doctor, NP's & Nurse Staff are Great. Doctor came out & spoke with pts about a survey & asked about suggestions for improvement. While there & a full lobby of pts it was hard to here when staff would call a pt. Maybe look into a PA system so pts can hear their name called or staff actually come out into the lobby calling the pt, majority are elderly & can't hear well.... calling pts from behind the desk simply won't due especially for the hard of hearing/elderly.....
Kaizen Donna Clinic was outstanding! Dr. Pena was exceptional—professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive to my mother’s condition. He took the time to explain every aspect of her treatment plan clearly and thoroughly, which gave our family great peace of mind.
Mrs. Ramos, FNP, was equally amazing. She carefully explained the medications, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the next steps in my mother’s care.

Also to the staff:Roxanna,Ester,Cindy,Jovanna ect.they always receive the patients with a welcoming and smiles. And to Daisy she works at vitals. Thank u all for your outstanding jobs and duties.
