Above and Beyond Patient Care !
I have to really admire the supervisor here! Allison went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was very concerned about my exam and had a lot of questions, but she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She helped ease my anxiety and made me feel cared for throughout the entire visit. Will make sure to recommend all family.
I walk in the door, Kimberly greets me with a smile and even greets me by name. She has a great memory! The entire staff is courteous and carries out their assigned duties efficiently. The timeliness of scheduling exams has been impressive, without having to wait a week or more for an appointment like at the local hospital. Medical Records is helpful in printing reports in time for scheduled follow up appointments with my doctor(s). I have nothing but praise for DHR Health Imaging Center at Mid Valley. Weslaco is lucky to have the choice of using this facility.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
I was squeezed in for a sooner appointment, which was amazing. My appointment started RIGHT ON TIME. Ashley did my intake and was very polite and full of joy, which is rare for people at times in fast paced/stressful jobs. Todd did my MRI and was exceptional as well! He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. There was such a kindness to him. He walked me through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand.
Again, staff was amazing and procedure was quick! I will be back in the future, should I ever be in the area.
