The doctor was great, and I had no concerns with the care I received during my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 4:15 p.m., and I finished with the doctor around 4:45 p.m. Bloodwork was ordered, so I went to the front desk and was told the lab closes at 5:00 p.m. However, Heidi in the lab told the front desk that they would not see me because the lab closes 10 minutes early.

I was extremely frustrated and honestly very upset. If the lab stops seeing patients at 4:50 p.m., then the posted hours should reflect that. Patients should not be told the lab is open until 5:00 p.m. when services are actually being refused before then.

Dr. Benjamin Pilgrim embodies what every physician should strive to be—skilled, compassionate, attentive, and deeply committed to his patients.

I am incredibly grateful for the care I receive from Dr. Benjamin Pilgrim. He consistently demonstrates excellent communication, taking the time to listen attentively and explain medical information clearly ensuring that I understand my health conditions and treatment options. Amazing staff. Dr. Pilgrim and Nurse Tam gave me back my ability to play my instruments comfortably again. They were able to remove glass I had in my fretting hand for years, and I am beyond thankful for it.

I’m truly quite fortunate to have found medical professionals that care as much as they do for their patients. Thank you again!
