“Absolutely love this gym. As someone who’s been going to commercial gyms for years, it feels refreshing going to a gym like Houston Athletic Club. It has all the equipment I need for whatever my goals may be; including bodybuilding, powerlifting, and now strongman. There are an abundance on accessories and tools at the gym to help with your goals. The gym never feels packed or crowded even during peak hours, allowing you and everyone else to work on what you need. I highly recommend this gym to all newcomers and veterans alike.“

“Started with a free trial day just to check things out, and my boys, Adrian 11 and Nico 9, were immediately hooked. They loved it, no hesitation and no convincing needed from me.

The trainers are great at connecting with the kids, making things fun while still pushing them in a positive challenging way. Sessions are always different and focusing on different skill sets. The leaderboard is a nice lil touch and a good incentive for the more competitive kids.

Overall, great facility, awesome staff, and an all around positive experience. If I had one wish, it would be better seating for us nosey parents who enjoy watching our kids show off their skills, upstairs isn't too friendly for short people ? but definitely not a dealbreaker, obviously since we love this place!
