At the front desk, some are very rude, the gastrointerologist nurses never return calls and do not answer regularly, they transfer calls, appointments are very sporadic, very rarely. I was able to get an appointment nearby. Because of this I had to go to the hospital. And much more.“

Gina is my favorite phlebotomist who always drew and was successful on the first try. She was always in a great mood and connected with people on a personal level. Bo the Sonographer was great, she was always friendly, quick with ultrasounds and very informative. Erica in finance was awesome, always got back to me ASAP with questions I had. Front desk ladies were friendly and always greeted me at every visit. I can’t wait to go back to Shady Grove in the future to grow my family.“
