We purchased a home in the Heights that had a lot of rotten wood, including an upstairs deck that needed to be rebuilt, several windows that needed to be replaced, and large sections of drywall and plywood with water damage after years of neglect by the previous owner. Donald and his guys worked hard to deliver quality work at a price that was more than fair. They were courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again. It seems like every one of our neighbors has used them in the past and they keep hiring them for additional projects, which is a testament to the trustworthiness and professionalism they bring to the table. “Jeff did a fantastic job on a difficult project we had, a microwave install that required ripping out part of the cabinetry because of a poor previous install. The company that delivered the microwave refused to attempt it, and I wasn't sure who to call because it required skills in several different areas. Glad I called Jeff because he took care of it perfectly. In addition to the tough work to get it removed and replaced, he took the time and care to get new shelving and cut it to size so that the final look was secure and clean. We were so impressed that we brought him back for several other projects, including electrical and plumbing projects where he did a better job than companies who claimed to specialize in those areas. We had previously called a plumber for a leaky sink, they weren't able to find it because they refused to get behind any cabinetry or drywall covering the leaking pipe, they said they're only plumbers and they don't do that kind of work. Jeff does it all, and makes it look clean and professional when he finishes. He has a positive can-do attitude, no job is too small or big. He is trustworthy, and gave us a great deal.
