Personable Knowledgeable of Insurance and Services Provided. Had a little mishap with my glasses today. Fortunately it was covered by protection plan. Deserae was able to verify and replace frames in just a few minutes! Awesome service!
Edit: Went back in today for repair (my bad) 07282006. Awesome service once again!

I came in looking for a pair of glasses I had seen a few months before. I described them to the employee and she knew exactly what I wanted. Very helpful service, she explained everything and showed me all options available. My glasses were ready in about a week and they're beautiful! They have the best selection of frames anywhere!
