Shawn and I decided to go with UHB after years of watching our family and friends go through the process of building with other contractors, as well as some with UHB. The entire process was handled in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. The staff with UHB were quick to respond and assist when needed. Our home was finished 4 months early. We are now in our forever home and loving it. We are now in the process and of either remodeling my MIL home or doing a new build and she wants UHB to do the new build!

I generally do not write a lot of reviews but for the experience I had with UBH a review was warranted in hopes that others can enjoy a great build experience. I was building a home on a property that I had purchased. I interviewed a number of companies and down selected to UBH because of their excellent home layouts, ability to support a construction loan and very friendly sales staff, (Sheryl Ariens). We had initial challenges with county permits but UBH was supportive throughout. The on-site lead for UBH (David) was exceptional and communicated progress and clarifications on details all the time. From my first phone call I felt comfortable with the process. Everything was explained in detail from the start of design to stake out of home and each phase of build. UBH kept me updated, answered my questions and responded in a timely fashion each and every time. They even finished 3 months early!!! Even now -5 months in my home they are there to provide guidance and assistance. I highly recommend this company.
