I cannot say enough good things about Gary! I called him around 7:30 PM after receiving my water bill and seeing that we had used 25,000 gallons in one month. I was shocked because there was absolutely no way we had used that much water!
I suspected a leak and had documented pictures and videos of our water meter and what it was doing. Gary came out after hours, looked at everything I had documented, and immediately knew exactly what the problem was. He even went back into town to get the parts he needed and came back and fixed us right up!
He was here until around 11:30 PM making sure everything was taken care of. The fact that he was willing to come out so late, diagnose the problem, go get parts, and fix everything the same night says a lot about his dedication and customer service.
I would 10/10 recommend Gary to anyone! If I ever need help again, he will absolutely be the first person I call. Thank you so much, Gary, for being so fast, knowledgeable, and willing to help after hours! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
