If you want a job done right first time call Lightfoot Mc .. This time it was beeping smoke alarms that had to be replaced to code of course . They were just old .. Few weeks ago they fixed a leaking outside faucet . Was just as happy .
I was wanting to post this on your Facebook page, but not sure how. I just wanted to thank you so much and tell you how much I appreciated Lightfoot Mechanical for coming out on such short notice to help me with my water leak and water heater. I had tried to get someone out for nearly a week and a half, and thought I had service scheduled two different times, which were no shows, and I understand things happen and everyone is over scheduled right now, but it was getting hard having to go down to the road and turn the water on and off anytime you needed water, and having no hot water is not fun! I found my flyer with information about your company and I called—-the people answering your phones were so nice and helpful—I almost cried (I know that’s a little dramatic—but I was getting a little desperate).—Anyway turned out I needed both a plumber and an electrician—both came out that same day—two of the nicest people—very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do, and did a very good job. I wish I remembered their names to thank them again personally. Needless to say, Lightfoot Mechanical will be who I will always call in the future. Thank you again—Margaret Clemens
