HENRY!!! I could scream your name from the rooftops! Dropped my 2019 GMC Acadia off last weekend and picked it back up yesterday. I have taken this thing to Hiley GMC in Ft Worth (where I bought it) no less than 6 times (probably more) for the same problem. They had my car for over a year. Replaced the radiator 2 times and the transmission once. I kept telling them it was a cooling problem and that fixing the burnt up transmission wasn’t going to do anything if they didn’t fix what burnt it up. I normally hate buying vehicles. I hate the process normally. Ken Daws and his crew at 4 stars Ford in Jacksboro made the process easy and a pleasure. I recommend Ken and the guys at 4 stars Ford.
I brought my 2019 Mustang in for some repairs. I was hearing funny noises coming out of the rear. I called the dealership, and they told me to bring it in on Monday morning at 10:30. I was greeted by Keith Moody a service writer who was very friendly and had a big smile on his face. I told him the problems I was having and that I needed to rent a car and that I had a Ford warranty on the vehicle. He called me every day and told me the status of my car and the vehicle was done In three days. If I had any more problems with this vehicle , I would definitely bring it back to the four star ford dealership in jackaboro texas
