Very unpleasant experience all around. The first painter did a very poor job even BJ concurred “it’s not a great paint job”. He wasn't able to finish the job as he was rushing to another job that day nor could he come back for another week to finish the job that was supposed to be done in a day. When I told BJ I wasn’t happy with the first job nor the job not being completed when it should have been she flew off the handle and said she would put a lien on our house. She ended up having to outsource the job a couple days later to a different painter who did a much better job and fixed what the first painter had done but still charged the full amount. Had interior walls, trimming and doors all painted. Painter was late most days, painters got paint on my floors and furniture. Missed spots and didn’t have enough help to get done in a timely manner. Would not recommend.

We used Finishing Touches to remodel our 1970s home and were thrilled with the work they did. BJ built us a new shower, enclosed our garage and added windows, built us custom wainscoting ceilings, and painted our home (and removed popcorn ceilings). It looks like a completely different home! The price was very affordable, the quality exceptional, and the level of communication was the best I've ever received from a contractor.
