Lauren, the young lady whom answered the phone Is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable answered my questions and lined up the appointment. So this is what you call a “happy accident” ending with a lifelong customer. I thought I had called a different plumber (one recommended by another company) by the time I realized that the technician was already on his way.
