Eric with 1st Gen was awesome. He came out for our A/C not working. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and found a big freon leak. Eric was good at getting us information and explaining it. I asked for 3 different quotes, and he didn't hesitate giving us all 3 promptly. After seeing all our options, and researching ourselves. We made a decision to upgrade our whole system. Eric helped us the whole way, giving us multiple options for financing and explaining all the work to be done. Once everything was approved on a Monday afternoon, he was quick to get us scheduled Wednesday morning. Very clean work, his crew and him took their time and did an amazing job on our new system. Very honest and reliable
