Service was great! The day before the tech didn’t get it right and still charged for the wrong diagnosis. The next day a tech came out diagnosed the problem correctly and had to install two components. The company made things right by not charging me for his time nor the components. Thank you Wolverton for going above the call of duty!
Horrible customer service! We had a new A/C unit installed in the attic a few months ago…spent $17,000. Before they arrived, there wasn’t a hole above our Hot Water Heater, but there is one now (I just noticed it when I moved in to take care of my 84 year old mother) …no one else has been in the attic except Wolverton A\C & it’s obvious that someone stepped through the ceiling. However, they are denying that they stepped through/caused the hole. I will never use this company again…they deny/don’t support their mistakes!
