I recently returned to the Rufe Snow Clinic. All the staff was kind, courteous and the PA was very knowledgeable. I had stopped going because of the previous staff members being rude and disrespectful but they are no longer there. I can say it was a pleasure to return to a place that I really like the Dr. and now I like the staff.

I have to say..the lady behind the desk that checks you in..needs a job where she doesn't have to deal with people! She has ZERO people skills!In the rooms..things are old, worn, torn..that tells me they just don't care!I didn't get the name of the young lady in the lab..she's a doll and treasure!

I have recently started seeing this Doctor. I understand he has two clinics so on my initial establishing pcp appointment, I met the nurse practitioner Laura. My daughter and I liked her immediately. She sat and listened to my concerns for myself and my daughter with her full attention only looking away briefly to make notes. The next time I went in was for ANNUAL exam and I got to meet Dr. B. A very nice man. I felt the same level of attention with him as well. Everyone else in the office was very polite and extremely friendly.
