Good gym and equipment but the business operation is poor. Numerous times when it doesn't open on time and for those who have schedules, it's extremely inconvenient and frustrating. It's not reliable business and can detour people to other locations.
I like this gym because it has all the right equipment, i would like to see them get updated equipment , not saying what they have is old. But those so much newer equipment that addresses individual muscle group. Gets very crowded, but great place and perfect locker room.
Love the atmosphere and how people stay in their own lane. Overall, very nice people who have manners and take their mental gym break serious. I mean we are all trying to be better as humans and reach a personal goal. I do love the place but do not solicit insurance or some investment opportunity while I am in the middle of my set and grinding it out. Also, you need to get more 30, 40 and 50 pound barbells. Both straight and EZ/Cambered options. Thanks for the cleanliness. Your staff is very welcoming and helpful.
