I want to give a huge thank you to Fitness Connection for their excellent customer service and understanding. After sustaining an injury, they were kind enough to pause my membership contract, which I truly appreciate. It means a lot when a company is willing to work with you during unexpected circumstances and prioritize customer care. Their understanding and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Thank you for being accommodating and showing genuine care for your members. Highly recommend!

Aliyah has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Quickly explained to me the process of signing up as I am new to Texas - she was through in her explanation and gave me a great walk thru! She’s the BEST!
