Great experience at Waco Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center! Staff made you feel comfortable even while going through such an uncomfortable procedure! Dr. Levings was awesome. Appointment was on time and everything was efficient and professional but still made you feel welcome. Highly recommend Dr. Levings and staff at WGEC!

I highly recommend Waco Gastro for any and all GI issues! From the check in to the procedure to the recovery, all professional and courteous. Dr. Contreras along with the prep nurse, made me feel at ease, as This was the first time Colonoscopy for me.

Once you arrive for your Colonoscopy appointment, everything is Perfect, from the check in lady to the checkout nurse. This colonoscopy was my 5th colonoscopy in 6 years. Same doctor every time, Dr. Hanysak who is absolutely wonderful.

However, from scheduling your appointment to the day of your procedure, the system is a communication nightmare. Trying to communicate with them is horrendous. I have personally made six trips to their office to try and get the appointment process sorted out just in the last 2 years.
