Ash was great and very patient. Of all of the employees working the Sunday opening shift he was one of the only two associates who offered assistance and the one who seemed the most knowledgeable about the products. The store overall was poorly stocked. And there were atleast 3 different products that I couldn’t buy because they did not have my shade/product in stock. I appreciate Ash shopping with me, suggesting products but also being mindful of what I was actually needing. I came in wanting one very specific item but after shopping with him I left with 7 things!

I visit Ulta stores nationwide and my service experience at this location was EXCELLENT from the moment I walked in until I left. Every team member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Sales Advisor Ash helped me for most of my visit and Ash had me looking around to make sure I didn’t wander into Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf’s ???♀️Ash took the time to assist me and checked several times for different products’ availability regardless of the price point. My service experience with Ash was top notch and on par with luxury stores and their teams!! I am a former “Lauder Girl” myself and if I still worked there Ash would NOT be at Ulta anymore. I wasn’t very familiar with some of the items I was picking up, so I went to the front counter and asked where to find said items. This employee named Ash went above and beyond to be helpful and even went item by item to quickly expedite the process. He was both polite, professional and friendly. He saved me time and made my shopping experience efficient. Great customer service, thanks again Ash.
