When someone says “a little off the top and sides please don’t touch anything on the back” you’d expect them to not touch the back. Even cut my eyebrow hair off doing my sides…Butchered my haircut. Won’t be coming back.

Received a great haircut today from the lovely Kelly. I was in a rush to get a haircut for my wedding tomorrow and swung by the salon as a walk-in at 615pm when they were closing at 7pm. She was able to have me in straight away, cold beer in hand, and did a great job in getting me ready for the big day tomorrow! Highly recommend.

This place is an overall joke. Setting an appointments means absolutely nothing. You’ll wait and wait even with an appointment. 40 minutes today and over an hour before. Most employee attitudes are horrific; like you are annoying them by being there. They play music way too loud and there are always random regulars at the “bar” who they pay attention to. The seating in the waiting area is extraordinary uncomfortable. When paying, the machine automatically checked the tip amount after a tapped my card and when I questioned it saying I didn’t get to select the amount, she said it was too late but if I wanted to change it, she could figure it out but it would be a while because she didn’t really know how to do it. I had been there an hour and 20 minutes at this point. Ended up leaving a 41% tip as a result. I will not be going back and recommend you don’t either. If you do go, ask for Kelly. She’s good so I don’t feel so bad about getting charged a 41% tip, but otherwise, this place is awful.

Made an appointment. Showed up early and checked in. Sat there for 20 minutes after my appointment time. Tried to talk to the lady at the front desk and she wouldn’t stop playing on her phone to talk to me. Goodbye! Don’t respect appointment times and you don’t get my money
