Great experience this visit! We have been coming to Optical Dispensary for over 16 years. They are always professional and they helped us immediately as we walked in today. The doctor saw all three of us at one time, my two younger sons and I. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable in her diagnosis of my youngest son’s severe eye problems that is affecting his vision. I am grateful because this could affect him not being able to drive one day or even going blind. She stressed the importance of wearing his glasses daily to prevent further damage! My appointment was at 3.. they got me in a little after 2 because I arrived early. Got me in and taken care of. The doctor was so nice and explained everything in detail for me. Fingers crossed I get the right prescription this time. Stanton Optical was a headache and extremely expensive. They did refund my money though. Thank you Optical Dispensary
I was extremely spectacle due to the online reviews but I was extremely surprised at how wonderful everyone is. The staff was fantastic, the doctor was so kind and wonderful and funny. I will definitely be a returning patient! They also have a great selection of glasses to choose from. The woman who helped me order my glasses was absolutely wonderful and explained my insurance perfectly to where I understand it.
