Joy is the most friendliest and this was my first experience ever with being waxed. She is so good at what she does and will make you feel so comfortable, it's like talking to a friend. If you're wanting any of the services offered by Southern roots, give them a try, you won't regret it. I will be going back again. Thank you so much Joy!!
Joy at Southern Roots is always so friendly and does a wonderful job on my waxes.Today I went to a different place to get a Brazilian and upper leg wax. I wanted to take advantage of what I thought was a good offer (It was not). They did a horrible job. They left patches of hair everywhere, wax on my skin, and it was super painful.As soon as I got in my car, I called Joy to see if she could fix the botched job. Not only did she get me in same day, but she did a beautiful job fixing the wax and it was virtually painless.From now on I will only go to Joy. Joy is the best. She has flexible hours. It is easy to schedule or reschedule with her. She is very knowledgeable about waxing and skincare. She really cares about her clients. She also has the best extras for after your wax. I am so glad I found Joy.
