My only complaint/s is the location and the lady behind the desk, not sure her title or her name. The place is literally a garage that seems tk be placed right in the middle of some.storage buildings. There no "entrance," nor are there any signs that point you in the right direction. No marked parking, and when I asked where I shouls park, "anywhere," was the answer I got, and not one person looked up. The lady behind the desk is rude and condescending. I asked if they were going to install a new windshield... She replied, "We dont install used windshields." It wasn't worth the breath or energy to get on her level. Super impressed with these guys! Got a major crack in my windshield and thought I'd have to make a trip to Dfw or Austin to have TESLA replace it, but they were able to get me taken care of the next day. Brandon was great; went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend using them. (finding them can be a little bit challenging, stay on the access rd past Whataburger vs navigation directions)
