We had our annual banquet last night and RSVP made it extra special. The decor was just right. Elegant but not fussy. Fun but not too casual. And the staff was exceptional. We have worked with RSVP many times, always happy to work with them. I can't imagine the night having gone so well without them.

Good prices and friendly people. The only reason it isn't 5 star is because we had to scrub the white tables and chairs.

Apparently it’s our fault we didn’t call the day of the wedding to complain about the faded black table cloths we received with multiple having stains on them. We just dealt with it and made it work. Now, there’s a mysterious green table cloth that was returned. More like that’s the faded black table cloth they gave us. Green was definitely not part of the wedding colors 😂 Then they suggested maybe it was the caterers however, we made our own food and did not have a caterer. Also, my mom and aunt are the ones who clean the venue so we would definitely know if there was a table cloth left, which there was NOT. Their system is obviously not as full proof as they like argue. It does not make sense. Do NOT recommend RSVP Event Equipment Rental.

I strongly advise AGAINST using this establishment. They claimed that I did not return one of their tablecloths and charged us for it. I know that I returned every single tablecloth they sent, but they still insisted that I was missing one. 1. I received all the tablecloths I ordered. 2. Two of the tablecloths were lighter in color. They looked like they were just older and faded black. 3. I am not a complainer and it was not worth the effort to call about that. There were two like that and we put them in the back. Also note, many of the tablecloths were stained. Again, moved them around to make them work. While this is another reason I would NEVER use or recommend RSVP again, that is not the issue here. 4. All tablecloths I received were returned. I am 100% sure of that. I was at the venue when they were piled up to return. I stacked them up and oversaw placing them in the bags. I also clean the venue after the events and nothing was left behind. Again, absolutely sure I returned what was given to me. 5.RSVP told me there was a green tablecloth in my return bags. I DO NOT OWN OR HAVE A GREEN TABLECLOTH. NO OTHER TABLECLOTHS WERE EVER AT THE VENUE. 6. If it is not RSVPs and I know it is not mine, how is it in my bag? BTW--our colors were black and white....not green. 7. Obviously, that is what RSVP sent me or RSVP has mixed something up. 8. RSVPs system is flawed if a green cloth is in my bag and RSVP says that it is not what they sent me. 9. This has become a he said, she said situation. 10. Thus the reason not to use their services, because they are charging me for something because THEY say I did not return it when I KNOW that I did. 11. This is just ridiculous! I regret ever walking into this place! 12. If anyone does not take my review seriously, I suggest you count EVERY SINGLE ITEM to the pickup person. Videotape the whole encounter. Have them sign a document stating they put it in their truck! Although, I don't think she'd understand and believe you anyway. 13. This is infuriating, because without a doubt, all items were returned.

She suggested it might have been a catering tablecloth, however, we did not have a caterer. Also, I did not bring any table cloths to the event. We rented everything from RSVP. Everything they sent was returned and I am 100% sure of it. They claim to have measures to count and check returns, yet she can’t explain this green tablecloth in my return bag. They say it’s not theirs. If I did not bring any table cloths to the event, then this has to be one they gave me. So if it is not theirs and it is not mine, where did it come from. Their system is obviously not foolproof and I know the mistake is theirs. I’ve used them before and even recommended them to others, but I will now forever tell everyone I know NEVER to use RSVP.

Wonderful company to work with! When we went in to look at linens, not only did they show us what they had, but they also showed us an outline of our venue and helped us to envision what they layout could look like for our wedding. They also were frank with us and told us that for our table runners, we should just order them from tableclothsfactory.com because it would be cheaper that way. Their prices were very reasonable, and we saved hundreds of dollars compared to if we'd gone with another company in Waco. 10/10! Would absolutely recommend!

I would 10/10 recommend this rental company. They were on time, helpful, and had WONDERFUL customer service!!!

Not renting from this place again. Worst customer service.
