Hired Rainbow ( Johnson City . TN) to restore my custom built home that had extensive damage caused by fallen trees. I have worked in the construction fieds for over 30 years, and I have good building knowledge. I demanded custom work to be applied and I was assured that would take place. Well that didnt happen. I have never seen a more deliquent, unknowledgable crew that was sent out to do work. The background check / drug screening process for the company is questionable! On one occasion an emplyee had to be driven home due to being drunk on the job. Do NOT use this company. They implement fraudulent practices, in their dealings with customers. I had a fire in my house. They took my belongings and still have it in storage (I have not received the items). They have fraudulently invoiced for a larger number of boxes than they took from my house. They have fraudulently invoiced us for storage of contents, for months into the future, for which they have not held the contents. They have sued me, personally, in court, for the full amount, even though it is an issue between the insurance company and Rainbow International. Rainbow was contracted through my insurance to assess and handle my items from my apartment that had mold. Everything had sat in The apartment gathering mold spores as I had to move my family out because it became unlivable. My son and I are extremely sensitive to mold and so we entrusted rainbow (not knowing that we could have just taken the money and did exactly rhe same thing in less time) to pack up remove and clean all of our belongings. Well, they had our items from 3/3/19 and just returned them 3/25/19. We signed a new lease and got keys 3/8/19. We moved out of te hotel 3/15/19 because we couldn't afford to stay anymore.
