The service tech, Dylan, was great. He looked at everything and explained it to me and then gave me cost. My leather furniture looks and smells great. Talk about a painless transaction. I will definitely be using Heart of Texas Chem Dry again.

If in the Waco area, ask for Dan. He takes pride in his work and will go the extra mile in customer service . He worked really hard to remove some tough old stains. They have not resurfaced like some stains do and it's been over a week. I tried another company previously and carpet stains reappeared.
