P&J Nails & Spa is a nice and clean salon with a friendly atmosphere. Recent visits included beautiful nails, great pedicures, and an almond cat eye manicure. The customer service is top tier, and the staff did amazing work on both nails and toes. The salon provides professional and beautiful work with a wonderful experience. They were able to accommodate a big party quickly and did a great job. The entire family had the best service and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I have been to P&J a couple times, and each time I feel the service gets better! There has been one hiccup in service, but upon contacting the owners they were sure to make it right! The professionalism and customer service is above outstanding! Jenny and I believe his name is Tommy (the owners) really take pride in their business and ensuring the customer is happy and gets exactly what they came for! They have an insane amount of colors to choose from, and if they don’t they are eager to hunt for it and have upon your next visit! The nail work is great, but the pride in customer service is what really makes this salon top tier!
Average experience, was not really overly satisfied. I went in just for a pedicure, I got the one next to basic for $50. Felt like they rushed me out and without waiting for the paint to dry. My large toe paint is smudged and has lots of bubbles. I noticed this as soon as I got my car but did not go back due to feeling like they didn't have time for me. Also, not sure if it's norm or not but I'm used to being offered at least a water and never was. Just FYI for future reference.
I really like that they accepted me as a walk-in, after I got turned away from another nail salon. I also like that even though the whole salon seemed busy, I didn’t have to wait at all. However, I’m not sure how I feel about requesting to get a dip on my real nails, and the nail artist not know what I’m talking about, usually anywhere I go that’s what I request, and that’s what they do. I appreciate the service, and the gentleness of my nail artist. I love that they give you a discount if you’re new, and that it’s a great price.
