I should have wrote this review last year when I got my vehicle, but apparently I didn’t do it for some reason but now I feel is a good time to do it. My credit score wasn’t high when I Filled out the application for getting a vehicle through Lendmark but I got approved. My payments aren’t high. I’m really grateful and I’m thankful that they took a chance on me on financing my vehicle Plus. I got the vehicle that I wanted the ladies in the office Miss Yolanda and Miss Whitney we’re very nice and polite to me. The young lady that assisted us, greeted us by name when we walked in and offered beverages. she got everything setup and we wnt thru the process with no problems. she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Whitney is a ROCKSTAR! From loan start to finish she made the process smooth and easy! Very informative and answered any questions we had. During our visit at the branch, every employee spoke to us and made us feel very welcomed!
