The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Having been to other Guitar Centers in other cities, this one is fantastic due to the level of their people and helpfulness.! Highly recommend. Lots of instruments to try or take home same day.
My daughter and I were there looking to buy an acoustic set of drums and not one person approached us in the building the entire hour we were there. So we went elsewhere and purchased a set
We came in for a commercial audio setup for a fitness studio. Jet was amazingly helpful and we were able to find everything we needed really quickly!! He was also able to make recommendations to consolidate equipment so we can multi-purpose and not only spend less but have fewer items in the common areas. I highly recommend coming to guitar center in Waco for anything acoustic or sound related and just ask for Jet
