Take it from someone who owns one and don’t make this purchase. Zero pride or integrity in the craftsmanship of these homes. Looks like they tried to race and see how fast they could get one done. Wish someone would’ve stopped me.
This company has been the biggest disappointment of our home-buying process. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a constant battle to get basic answers and support. Their follow-through is nonexistent, and any effort to get clarity or assistance was met with silence or dismissiveness. We regret working with them and hope others can avoid the mess we went through. They are sloppy and act like they care when you show up in person then blow you off.
