“Dentist make me nervous and I don’t know why that is but they do and they always have. Called and got an appt. They sent me paperwork and filled it out online to save time when I arrived. Had to wait about 20 minutes passed the appt time because they were waiting on the insurance verification, no biggie I understood I mean I didn’t have any other place to be. When they took the X-rays and then told me what was wrong and what had to be done I was overwhelmed. I didn't know what my cost was going to be even with the insurance. The staff was absolutely amazing talking to me about the procedure and even my worry about the cost because I didn’t know if I had enough or not. This lady comes in with paperwork and explains that even with insurance the procedure could be pricey. She helped me fill out the financial part and I was amazed on what I had to put down today, barely nothing because my insurance covered the biggest part. The point is the staff, the doctor, the financial lady, the receptionist made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Thank you.“
