Crystal in the front office is unprofessional rude and needs to work on her facial expressions and eye rolling. If you make an error own your mistake and keep your professionalism. We're all human but accountability and responsibility. Crystal was unprofessional and had the same immature behavior at a previous visit. I was hoping she has having an off day the first visit. In reality it's actually her normal.
Crystal doesn't interpret notes correctly either when she enters them. She's very judgmental and hear what she wants.
People like her are why people don't like coming to the dentist. Who wants eye rolling and unprofessionalism when going to any appointment.
The guy in front is genuine and Regina the hygienist is amazing and understanding.

I have a huge fear of the dentist, but very badly needed a tooth pulled. I found Dental Station Family Dentistry and I am so thankful I did. Wendy was absolutely amazing and worked with me even through all the tears and anxiety. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming. I definitely would recommend them to everyone!

Very friendly office staff and great dentists! There was a miscommunication at my first visit, but the office manager worked hard to correct the issue and make sure I had a good experience. On top of great dental care, Dr. Smith helped me jump my car when my battery died in their parking lot. If that’s not going above and beyond, I don’t know what is!

These people at Dental Station are the best, I had dentures made at another place, which was horrible, they were way to big for my mouth and quickly made with only 2 fittings, one for the wax mold and the 2nd to give them to me and out the door. At Dental Station I have made multiple trips, they took their time with different try ons to make sure they fit correctly. I don't live in Waco but I do not regret the drives I had to make. Thank you to all the staff at dental Station. You are recommended. Thank you so-so much.

Dr. Winarick is my all-time favorite family dentist. She has gentle hands, and is extremely knowledgeable about treatment options. My kid love going to see her. The staff is pleasant and they work together well. Very welcoming atmosphere.

We have been using Dr. Winarek for seven years now. My entire family sees her. She is patient with my children, she is prompt and attentive with all of us, and I frankly have never had a better dentist. Almost more notable though is the quality of responsiveness and respect and personability in the office. they are patient with answering questions, they are fierce advocates when insurance tries to act wonky, and they just go above and beyond.My son had a dental emergency on a Sunday evening, and Dr. Winarek met us up at the office at 7 PM on a Sunday night. Brian, her husband and office manager, danced around with a stuffed toothbrush to calm my five-year-old’s fears. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I just started going here a couple of years ago when I was having problems getting a tough cavity fixed. They fixed me up right away! Dr. Winarick and her staff are extremely professional and equally as friendly. When my son had an accident in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they met me at the office at 7:30 on a Saturday evening to do x-rays and check him out. And he wasn't even a patient of theirs! I wasn't able to get his children's dentist on the phone. They've really gone above and beyond! Can't recommend this practice enough!

I can’t recommend this dentist office enough. Very professional, friendly and great at their jobs. They put on a crown for me and were meticulous in making sure the crown fit perfectly (it has). When I had an issue I thought was related to the crown, they squeezed me in on the same day only to discover it was gum inflammation that had nothing to do with their work. Rather than charge me for a full visit, they charged me $20 for the medication that cleared up the gum issue in a couple days. I’ll never go to another dentist. Their service, kindness and commitment to quality is worth having to sit in their waiting room for 10 minutes.

I have always had an anxiety issue with dentists, but after seeing Dr. Winarick and her team that all changed. They have always made sure I was taken care of and are so friendly and personable.
