i called the plumber to talk about a clogged foundation drain that had been causing basement flooding at my dad's house for a long time. after discussing the issue, we decided it was a good idea to give it a shot, and since both of us were available, he came over soon after. his tools were top notch and he quickly found a blocked 6-inch drainage pipe going from the foundation to a catch basin. using his jetting equipment, he blasted out the roots fast and efficiently. once he cleared the blockage, tons of water rushed out through the pipe into the storm drain. the roots had basically made a dam, keeping water around the foundation and causing leaks everywhere. the... read full review
