I scheduled an appt and paid in full. I received a message that my appt was canceled. I was advised to call the number listed for any questions about the cancellation but owner was unresponsive. It’s upsetting that she has a 50 percent payment for cancellations, but in this instance, I couldn’t even get a call back. I will be requesting a full refund as soon as I’m able to reach her. Not happy at all!

I’ve been waxing for a year and half and this was my first time booking with beonka and it was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Brazilian wax. Highly recommend!
