I was very pleased with the folks at Centex. The crew showed up in a timely manner and performed all work necessary for my house. Each day they left with all leveling holes secure and safe. The men were respectful and accompanied any request I made. Upon completion the crew carefully cleaned up all spoils around the house in a neat manner. My project manager Emanuel was well informed and answered any questions or concerns I had.
Scheduled an evaluation appointment with CENTEX to look at several issues with a home built by my grandfather and dad back in the early sixties. Due to obligations elsewhere I was unable to meet with the evaluator on the scheduled day. I called at the time of the appointment to speak directly with the evaluator during his site visit. Austin the CENTEX representative was happy to speak with me and answered all my questions. CENTEX and Austin could have sold their services to me as I had already had another company come out and said that I needed a mulit-thousand dollar repair. They did a real good job as I hoped would be done. Nick was up front and honest about all the work that needed to be done. The crew came in and worked hard every day, and finished up the 26 concrete piers in the time frame stated in the contract. It was nice having the electronic version of paperwork. Thinking of having them do my pool. I would give them a high recommendation if you’re thinking of having foundation repair done.
