I don’t want to trash a business based off the actions of 1 employee. However, your employee flicked his cigarette on the ground of a clients yard. Littering will not be tolerated anywhere in Louisville. This review will drop to 1 star if this behavior continues.

Rose-e and his team did a wonderful job on our remodel from start to finish. From the beginning he actually listened to what we wanted but also made good suggestions that were helpful. We renovated several bathrooms, bedrooms, and our kitchen. His team worked quickly and the final result was impressive. The project stayed within his estimated timeline and under budget. He also does a great job with communication - will answer texts and phone calls quickly, which is a rarity in my experience with contractors. overall, very impressed, and would use again on another project.

In the winter storm of 2021 my dads home burned completely lost due to a house fire. We were blessed to have found Rose-e and Jackie at R&R to really save us in our time of need. There are not enough words to express now much what they did for us means to us. We did not know anything about R&R until I read a Google review an Rose-e responded honestly to a review posted. When we met them it was immediately clear how kind, caring, and honest they really are. We had met with other builders that gave us prices for the build that doubled what R&R was able to do.
