The serviceman had to cancel our appointment on Monday, June 1st and it was two more days before I received notice that he was coming between Noon and 2:00pm on the 3rd. I had to reschedule an appointment at the bank because he did not come until 4:30pm. Once he got here, the service was very good.
We have had nothing but good service for over 20 years from Campbell’s. We live way out in the country, so we appreciate their service & communication with us. In all these years, we’ve only had one appliance that could not be fixed.
Really liked young man who serviced my washer. Even though it is not salvageable , he answered a couple of general questions about two other appliances. I learned I could probably fix them myself. ?
