We are a local business owner and one of our customers wanted her vehicle detailed before she picked it up after we got done with everything else. We paid $500.00 for the deluxe package and we took it back twice (hour drive each time from our company) the soda and the dirt was still all over the dash and console. They said it was stains that came back, keep in mind we were not asking for a miracle simply to get what can be cleaned up done. The hubs we were told needed an acid wash (which was more money) we got the vehicle back to our company and took about an hour to actually clean the interior with just a rag and no the stains did not come back. took a rag to the rims and low and behold that came out too. They had the vehicle 3 days the first time 1 day the second time and we told them keep it as long as needed to make sure the job gets done. When we brought it back the first time a few people wanted to see what we were talking about that worked there and even they said it was unacceptable especially for $500.00, They did not offer a lesser price or even make it right. took them 75 days to even put our company check through we wrote. This USED to be a great detail company but NOT ANYMORE. We thought no way they would do this poor of a job on the deluxe package so that is why we brought it back and simply asked for what we paid for however that did us no good, we referred so many customers to them in the past but that will never happen again. Had they made it right we would have been happy just do the job they were paid to do but they did not do anything. I have not written a negative review before because I prefer positivity however this company has gone off what they started with on morals and work so need to warn people.

I recently had my car washed and detailed at Bulldog and I couldn't be happier with the results. My car looks new, inside and out. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Bulldog to anyone looking to have their car detailed.

Got a ceramic coat and partial vinyl wrap done, and they did a great job! Rachael listened to what I wanted the end product to look like, and answered any and every question I had. The end result speaks for itself!

This place was absolutely incredible! I work in the construction industry and my truck was absolutely filthy, they took me in on a short notice, was upfront about what services they offered and the reasonable price, and knocked it out the park!!! In just a few hours on a Friday evening!!! Even stayed after close to make sure I was happy and satisfied before paying! Big thanks to Rachel for the customer service and the team for shining up my truck, I’ll definitely be back!! You guys rock??

If you need your car thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom, Bull Dog Waco is your best option. I reviewed their website, submitted a request for service, received a quick friendly response and got an appointment the next day. Drop off was smooth and my car was flawlessly clean.
