INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Dr. Beau Swann and his brother, Brad Swann, are absolutely incredible people. My husband's vision has always been poor, but most recently, it has declined so much and so quickly. We are also weary of procedures when it comes to vision. But, from the moment we walked into the clinic and my husband met with Dr. Beau Swann, he knew he was in the very best hands. Dr. Beau Swann took such incredible care of my husband and was so thorough in his explanations of what Jason needed and what the procedure would be like. Any bit of anxiety or fear either of us had about the procedure went away after talking with Dr. Beau. Jason asked all the questions and he got all the answers. SO MUCH time was given to him so that he knew exactly what to expect and what he was getting. When I brought him in for his first procedure, Dr. Swann was so professional and kind and took time to put both of us at ease. He was so respectful and sweet. Jason was in and out in no time and absolutely can not believe how incredible his vision was in that eye. And any question he had during that week before the second eye was operated on, the office answered and Dr. Beau Swann and Brad Swann answered immediately and with so much more information than we could have imagined receiving. When Jason went in for his second eye, the experience was just as incredible. Dr. Beau Swann was attentive and thoughtful and took his time with Jason, again. And he had so many patients that day and I know he was just as attentive and present with them. We are so thankful and so grateful for this experience and would do it all over again with Dr. Beau Swann. I would recommend him to anyone I know. The gift of vision is something we all take for granted, and when you're losing that gift, it can be scary. Dr. Beau Swann gave Jason so much more than his vision back; he literally brought a new kind of hope into Jason's life. We are forever thankful for such an incredible doctor and incredible team. I can not imagine anyone having an experience with Dr. Beau Swann that isn't a five star one. We are so pleased and so grateful. Truly so safe and we highly, highly recommend this practice.
I wore contacts and glasses since I was 18. Dr. Beau Swann fixed my eyes so that I no longer have to stick my finger in my eyes every morning and night. The feeling of being able to turn on the news without having to first put in contacts is incredible! the staff was courteous, and contentious of my time and comfort. Dr. Swann was empathetic and carefully explained the procedure. Highly, Highly recommend!
