I brought my wife in today for a new patient appointment at the Baylor Scott & White Fish Pond rd Clinic in Waco and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk, the doctors, PA Libby Longman, the MA, check-in/check-out, and the labs team was phenomenal. They were all super friendly, polite, warm, and welcoming.
The office and reception area were clean and nice. We barely waited at all and were taken back before our scheduled time. The whole visit was smooth and efficient,in and out very easily. The lady who checked me in was Fantastic!!, I believe her name is Jasmine. I spoke with her previously regarding insurance verification and she was thorough and understanding. The lady who walked me back and completed the initial part of the exam was very pleasant as well. Lastly, Dr Gray was outstanding and delivered great service. This overall experience was great, especially on the heels of a not so pleasant encounter with a staff member.
All Praises to the Most High GOD, for the expertise in Podiatry Dr Battles an His team for treating my mother an one of the most difficult battles she has faced with her health. My brothers and u greatly appreciate you . TODAY she has been given the OK that the infection is gone an no amputation needed. Thank you so much may your practice be blessed n prosperous.
